THIRD PARTY COLLECTION SOURCE – BPCA would like to introduce a new source for placing your collections. Some of our members already use DAL for their collections and are very pleased with the results. DAL has an interactive web site where you can monitor the status of your account that has been placed with them. Be sure to let them know you are a BPCA member. When submitting claims to DAL for collection, let them know you are a member of BPCA for the reduced rate. To place a claim, go to: Place a Claim or submit your data to BPCA and we will forward your claim to DAL. To talk with a DAL representative, call 1-800-355-9999. |
